- Provision of a spreadsheet to record your income and expenditure
- The spreadsheet will be designed to enable you to easily complete your VAT return (either on the flat scheme or standard scheme)
- Preparation of your Limited Company Annual Accounts
- Preparation of your Limited Company Corporation Tax Return
- Advice on salary and dividend policy
- Provision of payroll services plus submission of year end PAYE returns (P35 & P14, P60 etc)
- Preparation of Personal Tax Returns for directors/shareholders on the basis that they have no major sources of income outside the limited company
- Unlimited telephone support
- Submission of Company's annual return
